Beautiful Minds is a Warsaw based interior design studio working in English with expats, relocating families and foreign investors. We take a project from the first conversation to the finished interior, including drawings, suppliers and site supervision.
Moving to Warsaw or buying an apartment here rarely comes with spare time for construction sites. Most of our English speaking clients are relocating for work, investing in a city they visit a few times a year, or finishing a developer standard apartment from another country. In each case the hardest part is not choosing a sofa. It is coordinating trades, suppliers and permits in a language and market you do not know.
We handle that side of the project. You get one contact person, documentation prepared in English, a clear schedule and a team that has delivered interiors in Poland and in Spain. The design work itself follows the same standard as for our Polish clients, from the functional layout and 3D visualisations to technical drawings and supervision on site.

The process, step by step
You can be present in Warsaw for every stage or follow the project remotely. Both work, and many of our clients choose the second option.
Brief and survey
We start with a conversation about how you live, your budget and the timeline. We survey the apartment, collect the floor plan and check what the building allows, which matters in prewar tenements and in listed buildings in the city centre.
Concept and visualisations
You receive layout options, then 3D visualisations of each room. We review them together, adjust materials, colours and lighting, and agree the final direction before anything is ordered or built.
Documentation and delivery
We prepare technical drawings for the trades, manage quotations, coordinate contractors and supervise the works. You approve key milestones, we handle the daily communication on site and hand over the finished interior.

Relocating to Warsaw
You are moving for work and want the apartment ready before you arrive. We work against your relocation date, handle the trades and keep you updated with photos and calls, so you land in a finished home rather than a building site.
Buying as an investment
For rental and investment properties the priorities are durability, cost control and speed. We design interiors that photograph well, survive tenants and can be delivered on a fixed schedule, then supervise the fit out on your behalf.
Property in Poland and abroad
We run projects in Poland and in Spain, so working across countries and time zones is routine for us. Documentation, suppliers and contractor communication are adapted to the market where the property is located.
How much does an interior designer in Warsaw cost
We quote each project individually, because the fee depends mainly on the floor area, the number of rooms and how much of the delivery you want us to manage. A design only package is priced differently from a full service project with contractor coordination and supervision.
You receive the quotation and the scope in writing before we begin, with payment split into stages tied to deliverables. There are no commissions hidden in supplier prices, and any discounts we negotiate are passed on to you.

Questions from our English speaking clients
The practical side of working with a Warsaw studio when you are not from Poland.
Do you work entirely in English?
Yes. Meetings, correspondence and the documentation you receive are in English. Drawings handed to contractors are prepared in Polish so nothing is lost on site, and we act as the single point of contact between you and the trades throughout the works.
Can you run the project while I am abroad?
Yes, and a large part of our work is organised this way. We hold video calls at each stage, share files in one folder, send photo and video updates from site and only ask you to approve defined milestones. Many clients see the apartment in person for the first time at handover.
How long does a full apartment project take?
For an apartment of 50 to 80 square metres the design stage usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. Construction and fit out normally add 3 to 5 months, depending on the scope of works, the quality of the existing space and lead times for bespoke joinery.
Do you handle contractors and purchasing?
Yes, in the turnkey option. We collect quotations, recommend contractors we have worked with, schedule the trades, verify invoices against the agreed scope and supervise quality on site. You can also take the design only and use your own contractors.
Do you design outside Warsaw?
Yes. Besides Warsaw and the surrounding towns we work in Krakow and run projects in Spain, mainly on the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol. For properties outside these areas we usually work remotely, with site visits at key stages.
