INVENTORY

The beginning of our work on interior design starts with carrying out detailed measurements and photographic documentation.

A STYLISH MEETING

We set a stylish meeting with the aim of learning about your needs, lifestyle, and favorite colors while discussing ideas for the interior design. Scandinavian style, rustic, or maybe modern? Together, we will definitely choose something.

FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT

Based on the inventory and everything discussed during our stylish meeting, we prepare 2D functional projects which are the starting point for further work on the project.

3D VISUALIZATIONS

Photorealistic interior visualizations are created. The first visualizations are used for further arrangement, style, and color work. As part of the contract, you have the option of making multiple changes to the visualization, allowing you to choose from various arrangement ideas.

PART 1 OF THE EXECUTIVE PROJECT

A blueprint of the electrical work, plumbing, arrangement, construction, floors, and ceiling is provided- the study is prepared on the final visualizations.

MATERIAL MEETING

We give a presentation of interior design products and arrange meetings with specialists (carpenters, glaziers, parquet layers). Material meetings are held at the designer’s premises or, at your request, trips to stores are organized

PART 2 OF THE EXECUTIVE PROJECT

A variety of detailed lists are completed with the prices and quantity of products needed for the project.

WORK WITH RENOVATION TEAM

Meet with the designer and site manager to discuss the project and prepare a proposed work schedule for all parties involved in the renovation – which you use to determine the dates of work with individual contractors.

AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION

Our designers visit the investment, report on the progress of work, contact with external companies (carpenters, parquet layers, glaziers) to clarify any questions regarding the project, and maintain constant contact with the renovation team to supervise the compliance of works within the project. We ordering products and furniture on your behalf, and perform a final check when the project is completed.

CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHING SERVICES

If you have your own project, we encourage you to use our construction team. For many years, our studio has been cooperating with a trusted, multi-team renovation crew, which includes professional electricians, plumbers, bricklayers, painters, tilers, and craftsmen. Thanks to this, we can offer you a reliable interior design, on time, and at an attractive price. The service includes our supervision over the implementation of the project. The supervising designer will create a renovation schedule for you, ensure the team’s pace of work, check compliance, ensure purchases, and the provide a receipt of goods.

HOME STAGING

Thanks to our experience, we are able to prepare any real estate for quick and profitable sale or rent.
