The interior of this duplex apartment in a restored townhouse combines the elegance of modern classic with subtle references to 1960s aesthetics. Two levels made it possible to separate the living zone from the private one clearly.
Bright, generous spaces are filled with noble materials: marble, wood and mosaic. The mosaic appears where a finer rhythm and an extra texture were needed.
Classic forms are finished with contemporary, minimal details, which gives the interior lightness. The rounded furniture deserves particular attention — it softens the geometry of the rooms.
A warm, muted palette, golden accents such as the radiator and the handles, and carefully chosen lighting create an atmosphere of quiet luxury and comfort.
Stylish details complete the whole: decorative mouldings, stucco and considered lighting that emphasises the ceiling height typical of townhouses.
