An investment studio in the very centre of Warsaw

This small studio in the very centre of Warsaw has been designed for short-term rental. The brief was clear: the interior had to work for as many guests as possible.

The most important thing was to create a space that would be universal and meet the needs of many tenants. This is how a functional grey and white apartment with wooden elements was created.

From the living room with a kitchenette we go to the bedroom, which has been cleverly hidden behind a TV wall and a sliding door. The solution gives the flat a real second room without adding walls.

Thanks to this treatment we were able to fit both a large double bed and a place to work in a small space - and remote work is exactly what many guests now look for.

Durable finishes and a calm palette keep the apartment easy to maintain and simple to refresh between seasons.
