Classic in a southern key
We wanted an interior that would be timeless and, at the same time, clearly rooted in its Mediterranean context.
The interior of this apartment in Spain is an elegant combination of modern classic with a southern character.
We brought French herringbone into the floors, which gives the space a warm, regular rhythm and works beautifully with the light coming through the large glazing. It is a classic solution, but in a bright version it reads as modern.
Subtle golden accents add refined shine. They appear in the lighting, in details of the joinery and in the accessories — always in single points, so the interior stays elegant rather than overloaded.
The style is underlined by Spanish Porcelanosa ceramics, which introduce original textures. In the bathrooms and the living area it is the texture of the material that builds the character, while the palette stays calm and bright.
