A call and a visit to the apartment
We meet online or at the apartment, take measurements and discuss how you will use the space. If you are abroad, we run this stage remotely and send a full photo and video report.
Layout and 3D visualisations
You receive layout options and, once the direction is agreed, photorealistic visualisations. Nothing is ordered before you have seen how the apartment will look.
Contractors, purchasing and supervision
We prepare the drawings, order everything on the list and supervise the works. You receive weekly updates and a finished apartment at the end.

Our fee is a small part of the total budget and it protects the rest of it. Most of the money in a renovation is lost on decisions taken too late, on the site, rather than on the drawing.

How much does turnkey finishing cost in Warsaw?
It depends on the size of the apartment, the standard of the finishes and the scope of work. A developer shell is priced differently from a full renovation of a pre war flat. You receive a written quote after the first visit and measurements.
How long does it take?
The design stage usually takes three to five weeks, the technical documentation a few weeks more, and the works themselves depend on the size and scope. For an average apartment the whole process takes several months, and we agree the schedule at the start.
Can you handle everything if I live abroad?
Yes, this is a large part of what we do. We work in English, run meetings online, send video walkthroughs from the site and take care of purchasing and deliveries in Poland.
Do you work with your own contractors?
Yes. For turnkey projects we work with teams we know and supervise them ourselves, which is the difference between a schedule that holds and one that does not.
Can you furnish the apartment as well?
Yes. Furniture, lighting and accessories can be part of the scope, from the specification through purchasing to the final styling before handover.
