BAUHAUS STYLE

The argument that art should be functional. The Bauhaus style takes its name from the German art school from the beginning of the 20th century. Many furniture models designed at that time became an integral part of everyday design. In the Bauhaus style, the rooms are bright with furniture that has geometric shapes and carefully balanced proportions. There are practically no purely decorative elements here. Although, the combination of various textures (e.g. rough with smooth, glossy with matte) and, of course, interesting pieces of furniture can be considered a substitute for decorativeness.
