A modern house for a couple

This spacious home is designed for a couple. Without the need for children’s rooms, we could plan the space generously and give each function the room it deserves.

On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with an island which opens to the living room. A fireplace wall lined with white stone became the focal point of the whole level.

The upper level features a spacious bedroom with a large glass wardrobe and a bathroom - a private suite rather than a single room.

There is also a place for a small gym, a sauna and a laundry room, plus a study and an additional bathroom. Wellness functions at home work only when they are planned from the start, together with ventilation and plumbing.

The whole house is unified by cool colours with copper elements and a lot of decorative stone, which gives the interior texture without adding pattern.
